When it comes to giving brides an unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime experience, Once Upon A Time Weddings stands apart from the pack. When Erin came to me for a brand and website refresh, I was thrilled to take on a project that was a little bit outside my usual work. I'm so excited to finally be able to show you a little of the behind-the-scenes process!
When Erin approached me to tackle this project, she was looking to create a website that matched the incredible unique atmosphere of her on-site location. Building on Erin's keywords such as homey, personable, feminine, country chic, and romantic, I pulled these images from our secret brand visioning board on Pinterest into a complete brand vision board, including a few tentative colours. How good does that cake look?
Afterwards, I developed a main logo, and alternate logo, and a favicon that could be used across websites, social media, thank you cards, and business cards.
For Erin's supplementary design pieces, she chose a Facebook banner, a thank you card, and a business card.
Lastly, I put together a fully responsive website that showcases not only the beautiful atmosphere of the Once Upon A Time Weddings store, but also their community spirit. Check it out here!
