HEY! I'm Jordanna.
In 2009 I was living in a small city in Northern Ontario. At this point, I had been within the vice-grip of anxiety for over seven years. I was fighting depression. I hated myself with an uncommon savagery that left me unable to stand the sight of myself in a mirror, that sent me into a spiral of self-loathing and hopelessness. There were some periods where I was unable to even leave the house for fear that someone might see me, and in seeing me, know two things in a split-second: that I was worthless, and that I hated myself. They would look at me, and they would value me the way I valued myself— beyond poorly.
I was attending a 24 hour pity-party of one. I looked desperately around me for answers and validation, pretending that this is what would reshape my life. It didn't. What did work was years of learning, self-exploration, creativity, habit-formation, and a dedicated daily self-love practise fuelled by gratitude.
In early-2015, I mustered all the courage I had, left my masters program and took The House of Muses full time.
I believe that everyone deserves a shot at their dreams, to love themselves fully, and to crush their goals.
I believe that you already have the answers— you are your own guru. I'm just here to help you ask the right questions. I want to show you the techniques that transformed my life, to inspire you, to motivate you, and to help you design the life that sets your heart on fire— whether that is growing your business, taking your passion full time, or learning to express yourself creatively every day.

When I'm not designing, coaching, or writing, I can be found reading (favourites include: Philip Pullman, Neil Gaiman, Joanne Harris, Tolkien, Donna Tartt, and so very many more), knitting, snuggling my cat and/or husband, practising my hand lettering, making bread, and writing fiction (also known as: starting novels, giving up on novels, rinse & repeat). I'm a lifelong autodidact, lover of tea, Octobers, magic and a little mystery.
